According to His Word Worship Center-Salem hopes to ensure that God is the inspiration and framework of all that we do. We desire to see people built up according to Biblical principles spiritually and naturally and assist in establishing true relationships with Jesus Christ and their neighbors. We want to serve and make a spiritual impact not only in the city but also our state, country, and the world by standing on bible principles and living a lifestyle that exemplifies the true people of God.
AHW Salem hopes to support every aspect of people’s lives throughout the community and society as a whole. AHW Salem desires to build natural and spiritual bridges for those who are broken.
We stand firm on the Word of God and believe that it is able to change ANY situation or circumstance that life may bring. We believe that applying God's Word will produce Kingdom-minded people who are spiritually healthy, wealthy, and empowered to live out their lives According to His Word.

Crystal Oliver
Pastor
Pastor Crystal is the oldest of five children born to Apostle Timothy C. Chiles Sr. and Marlene Elizabeth (Avery) Chiles. She grew up in Rochester NY and has traveled and lived in states on the east, mid and west coasts and now resides in Salem, Oregon. While she hasn’t birthed any children, she is honored to have three sons, three daughters and five grandchildren given to her from the Father above.
She was raised up seeing miracles, signs, and wonders and knows the presence and power of God. At a young age, she was able to travel with her family to witness God’s power at revival meetings and anointed gatherings of the people of God. Pastor Crystal also knows what it is to live in darkness. From the age of 16, she began to live a life of alcoholism, sexual perversion, drug abuse, and theft. She experienced the grief of miscarriages and the damage caused by the spirit of anger and fighting. Her
testimony is one of being set free indeed with all chains broken and all yokes destroyed!
Pastor Crystal was trained by Apostle Timothy C. Chiles Jr. and Prophet Gina R. Chiles of According to His Word Worship Center – Vancouver, Washington. She was taught and discipled over 10 years and grew in wisdom, faith, and power. She has led the singles, ushers and praise and worship team ministries and was installed as pastor in 2016. She lives by example to encourage men and women how to live up to their full potential in Christ Jesus, through preaching, teaching, and counseling, using humor, warmth, transparency, and strength. She is a teacher, preacher, speaker, worshipper, intercessor, counselor, role model, mentor and soon to be author.
She is also the administrator for Better Life Crusades Next Generation. This ministry mantel was passed down to her and her siblings from their father. Their mission is to teach and preach the saving; healing; and delivering power of the Cross, making true worshipers of every nation, kindred and tongue. To raise up a multi-cultural army of disciplined believers, thousands strong. Her calling and ministry overlap into the market place through her entrepreneurial efforts as CEO and founder of Kingdom Truth Apparel and
Crystal-Clear Coach & Consult.
Pastor Crystal believes that everyone can reach their soul purpose to live holy and righteous as sons in the Kingdom of God. She is persuaded and confident that Jesus is the answer for the world today. Her assignment is to preach the gospel (good news) to those in the darkness. Her compassion is for those forgotten, cast aside, abused and mistreated. She focuses on the broken, sick and hopeless. She does not preach men’s tradition, but rightly divides the word of truth by the Spirit of God. She has been raised up for a time such as this and for this generation.

Amber Dines
Deaconess/Admin
Deaconess Amber Dines is truly a work of art handcrafted by The Most High. Amber counts it a privilege to be serving at AHW-Salem as head Deaconess and Minster. She is a servant at heart and an encourager my design. Her gift of helps allows her to love people with pure compassion, thus giving her immense joy to pour into those around her. Worship and prayer are her most intimate places in ministry.
Amber has 3 beautiful children; Le'Nyah, Amira, and Jayden. Raising these 3 children as shown her the love of God in human form and has revealed the strength from God she didn't know she possessed. Her prayer is to get the opportunity to hug, encourage, help, pray, and continue to push people closer to our beautiful Lord and Savior; Jesus Christ.
Paris Hayes
Worship Leader
Paris Hayes has been a part of the AHW family for about 9 years. Starting out at our home location in Vancouver, WA. Over the years Paris Has been a part of the praise team, taught the children’s class and a plethora of other tasks as a part of the administration team.

With her Heart of giving and her faith in the vision given to her leaders, Paris believes God has tasked her with being a part of the team planting of our Salem location. Currently Paris takes on the role of a minister and praise & worship leader. From her upbringing Paris was very shy and never sang in front of people but she had a love for music. Eventually, Paris took a step outside her comfort zone and joined the worship team at our Vancouver location. She now is taking a leap of faith and looks forward to what God has planned next as she now is the praise and worship leader of our Salem location.
JUNIOR MEMBERS
Say hello to our junior members. They may be small in size, but these kids are MIGHTY in God. From singing, to ushering, even drum playing; the AHW Salem junior members are doing far more than your average kids department. It's more than children's church, it's about having a relationship with God, giving, and loving Him and His people.
